Send us blue prints or photos from original trains, or a sample, we scale down and convert the plans into an exact scaled version.
If you only have a concept or sketch, our engineer can also make it workable!
Schedule:
After all details are approved, we will give you a schedule for the whole project, from design to mass production. If you have any special request on schedule, please tell us, we will adjust and do our best to meet your needs.
Mold making & Molding:
Mold is the first step to get high quality trains, with many years experience in mold making and molding, our engineer can give you professional advice on mold configurations and part structure in order to reduce the tooling cost and make tooling workable.

Artwork:
You only have photos of real train? Never mind, we can do the artwork for you!
Decorating:
Painting, pad printing are both made in house.
Assembly:
Our QC personnel will follow up each step of assembly to ensure the quality.
Packaging:
Foam box, plastic box, or just paper box, all special packaging is available!
Shipment:
The shipment can also leave to us, we have reliable forwarders to arrange it, airfreight, seafreight, and express, just depends on your need.
