1)Mould configuration
Normally, each train needs several moulds, it can be decided by you, or just left to us. We will find an economic configuration according to its specifications with our rich experience in mould making. |

2) Project Schedule
Once getting approval of customer, a time schedule will be sent for following up. We have personnel to check the every step of the machining, and avoid any mistake during the machining process and this will help us to catch the time schedule. |

3) Weekly Report
In order to keep you informed about the latest status of whole project, weekly report with pictures will be sent. |
|
4)QC management
Our QC personnel will follow up each step during the production according to your drawings, including part structure, painting color, printing text, and function, etc. A testing report will be sent after each sampling. |
|
5) Export Mould Or Production
Packing Inspection
Before
releasing the mould, we will make a
packing inspection to ensure all the
components, accessories and documents
have been enclosed.
